1. GENERAL OVERVIEW
At Sloxly, all products available on our platform are digital goods such as website templates, source codes, plugins, mobile app source codes, and other downloadable items. Therefore, no physical shipping is required or provided. All purchases are digitally delivered through your Sloxly account immediately after successful payment.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
Once your payment is successfully completed through Razorpay, your purchased product becomes available for download instantly. You can access your purchased items anytime by logging into your Sloxly account → My Purchases section. In some cases, due to payment verification delays or file approval checks, delivery may take up to 30 minutes.

3. DELIVERY METHOD
All digital products are delivered electronically through one or more of the following methods:
- Direct download link available in your account dashboard.
- Email confirmation containing your product details and download link.
- Author-provided delivery (for certain third-party products, if applicable).
No physical CD, DVD, USB, or printed material will be shipped.

4. FAILED OR DELAYED DOWNLOADS
If you experience any issue in accessing your purchased files, please contact our support team at support@sloxly.com. We will verify your payment with Razorpay and re-activate your download link within 24 hours.

5. AUTHOR DELIVERY (FOR SELLER PRODUCTS)
If the product is sold by an independent author on Sloxly, the author is responsible for ensuring that the digital product is properly uploaded and downloadable. Sloxly monitors all seller products to maintain delivery quality and ensure smooth customer experience.

6. REFUND OR RE-DELIVERY
Since all products are digital and instantly delivered, refunds are handled as per our Refund Policy. If a download link is not working or the file is corrupted, we will re-issue or replace the file at no additional cost.

7. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive:
- A Razorpay payment confirmation message (email/SMS)
- A Sloxly order confirmation email
- Instant access to your product download
