- "Author" refers to the creator or seller of the product.
3. LICENSE GRANT
- Upon successful purchase, Sloxly grants the Buyer a **non-exclusive, non-transferable license** to use the product for personal or commercial purposes as defined in these terms.
- This license allows the Buyer to modify, adapt, and integrate the product into their projects according to the chosen license type (Regular or Extended).
4. LICENSE TYPES
A. Regular License
- Use in a single project or client project.
- Cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly.

B. Extended License
- Use in multiple projects or products intended for resale.
- Allows integration into software, apps, or products for commercial sale.
- Redistribution outside the Buyer’s product or project is still prohibited.
5. RESTRICTIONS
Buyers are NOT allowed to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original product files.
- Claim ownership of the product or its parts.
- Use the product in illegal, defamatory, or unethical projects.
- Remove copyright or license notices included by the Author.
6. AUTHOR RIGHTS
- Authors retain full ownership and copyright of their products.
- Sloxly has the right to enforce these License Terms and protect Authors from copyright infringement.
7. SUPPORT & UPDATES
- Support for products is provided by the Author as described on the product page.
- Product updates may be available, depending on the Author’s policy.
8. REFUNDS & LICENSE REVOCATION
- Since products are digital, refunds are only provided in case of faulty files, duplicate purchases, or non-delivery.
- Misuse or violation of these License Terms may result in immediate revocation of access to the product and related purchases.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sloxly is not responsible for misuse of any product or any damages arising from the use of digital products purchased on the platform.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These License Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
